Mass Discounters (MDD), an operating division of Massmart, approached us with the challenge of developing a campaign for their Talent Acquisition Department. Aimed at recruiting new talent for their IT Department across all of the groups divisions, the campaign content was featured on MDD's social media platforms and LinkedIn page.
Using current staff from the IT Department, bright and bold brand colours and some light-hearted copy we developed content to compliment the vibrancy of the current team. The final result was a reflection of the diversity and ethos of the true day-to-day heroes of the department.
Results of the campaign and feedback from MDD was very positive. New hires were made, new jobs acquired. Happy client. Happy employees. Happy studio. A massive thanks must go to Julie Patrick for the images and direction on the day.
